What does the rent include?
The rent includes electricity, water, and communal cleaning.
Are children allowed in the building?
No under-18s are allowed in the building at any time.
How many people are allowed to live in each room?
All rooms are single occupancy only.
Do I need a deposit?
No deposits are needed, but you will need to pay your first two months' rent up front.
When is the soonest I can move in?
It depends on the room, however we can often complete all of the paperwork within one day.
Are pets allowed?
No pets or animals are allowed in the building at any time.
Can I book a room just for one night?
No - the minimum tenancy length is for six months.
What do I need to move in?
You will need to provide your share code and a photo ID, ie. BRP.
